Drilling has changed. Most contractors have not.
A well that once took 60 to 70 days now reaches total depth in under 20. Modern rigs recover an order of magnitude more from the same reservoir on a smaller surface footprint. The technology is available to everyone - what separates operators' results is whether it is planned properly and executed by people who have done it before.
Century Solutions was founded in 2013 and has grown from a single-rig operation into a full-lifecycle land services provider: drilling, completion, well servicing, testing, rig moving, turnaround maintenance, HSE and project management. Nine service lines, one standard of execution.
We are deliberately unromantic about how that standard is met. Plans are engineered before equipment moves. Performance is measured daily against those plans. And when a well runs behind or a cost runs over, you hear it from us while there is still time to act - not in the final report.

Safety before schedule
Every person on our locations holds stop-work authority, and using it is never held against them. A job delayed is recoverable; a person injured is not.
Say what is true
When a well is behind plan or a cost is running over, you hear it from us early - while there is still something you can do about it - not in the final report.
Engineer it first
Well plans, lift plans and turnaround schedules are engineered before equipment moves. Most field problems are planning problems that arrived late.

Every operator has a safety manual. The ones with good records have something else: mechanisms field crews believe in.
- Stop-work authority for everyone on location - our crew, your representative, any vendor. Using it is never held against anyone.
- Job safety analysis before work begins. If the JSA cannot describe how a task will be done safely, the task does not start.
