Diana Anderson

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Diana founded Century Solutions in 2013 and has led its growth from a single-rig operation into a full-lifecycle land services provider. She sets the operating strategy across drilling, production services and maintenance, and holds direct accountability for the company's safety performance.

She works closely with operators at the planning stage rather than the contracting stage, on the view that the decisions that determine a well's cost are made long before a rig is booked. She also leads the company's community and regulatory engagement across its operating areas.

Marcus Peterson

Director of Projects

Marcus owns delivery across Century Solutions' drilling and completion programmes, from well planning and AFE development through execution and final cost reconciliation. He is the point of accountability when a programme's cost, schedule or scope moves.

His background spans well construction and operational risk management, including blowout prevention, well control readiness and environmental risk on land operations. He built the company's daily progress-reporting standard, which puts variance in front of clients while it is still recoverable.

Drew Francque

Operations & Compliance Manager

Drew coordinates field execution between rig crews, engineering and the specialist vendors on location, keeping multi-party operations sequenced so that programmes are not delayed by scheduling rather than by mechanics.

He also leads regulatory permitting and compliance, managing approvals and reporting obligations with federal, state and local agencies including the EPA and state oil and gas regulators, and maintaining the risk management plans that support each programme.

Our crews

The people who matter most are not on this page

Drillers, floorhands, derrickhands, service rig operators, mechanics and HSE advisors. They are the reason programmes finish on schedule, and they are the reason nobody gets hurt doing it.

We staff programmes for continuity rather than for utilisation. That costs us something in scheduling flexibility and it earns our clients something more valuable: a crew on the third well that already knows the acreage, the formation and the hazards that came with both.
