What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us. That means the details you enter into our contact form, quote request form or newsletter signup - typically your name, company, email address, phone number and a description of the work you are enquiring about.
Our web server also records standard technical information with each request, including IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
Enquiry and quote information is used to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to deliver that work. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the updates you subscribed to.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our commercial dealings. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
Confidentiality of programme information
Technical details you share with us about your wells, fields or facilities are treated as commercially confidential. We do not publish client programme details, and case studies on this site are published only with the relevant client's agreement.
Cookies
This site sets a single session cookie, used to protect our forms against cross-site request forgery. It is removed when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@centurysolutionsrig.com and we will respond.
