Work where the equipment is maintained and the rotation is honoured
We are hiring across our operating areas - from entry-level floorhands to rig managers and drilling engineers.
Why us
What we actually offer
Everyone in this industry advertises competitive pay and a safety culture. Here is what those words mean at Century Solutions, stated specifically enough that you can hold us to them.
Pay that reflects the work
Competitive base pay with performance and safety bonuses, reviewed against basin rates rather than against last year.
Health and retirement
Medical, dental and vision cover for employees and dependants, with a company-matched retirement plan.
Real rotations
Published hitch schedules that are honoured, so you can plan a life around the work.
Training that advances you
Funded certification and a documented path from floorhand to driller to rig manager.
Safety you can rely on
Stop-work authority that is genuinely supported, and equipment maintained to standard rather than to budget.
Crews that stay together
We staff for continuity, so you work with people who know the job and know you.
Open roles
Current vacancies
6 positions across our operating areas. Every application is read by an operations lead, not screened by software.
Driller
Lead a drilling crew on AC pad rigs, accountable for crew safety, connection performance and equipment condition through the tour.
Floorhand
Rig floor operations on land drilling rigs. No prior rig experience required - training and certification provided.
Rig Manager
Overall accountability for rig operations, crew performance, client relationship and HSE compliance on location.
Well Service Operator
Operate workover and well service rigs on rod, tubing, pump change and remedial scopes.
HSE Advisor
Site safety supervision across drilling and completion locations, including JSA facilitation and incident investigation.
Drilling Engineer
Well planning, casing and hydraulics design, and offset analysis supporting drilling programmes across all operating areas.
Don't see your role?
Send your resume anyway. We keep good people on file, and crews turn over.
No experience?
We train floorhands from zero
Most of our drillers started on the floor without a day of rig experience. If you are reliable, physically fit and willing to learn, we will provide the training and certification.
What we cannot train is showing up. If you do that consistently, the path from floorhand to derrickhand to driller to rig manager is documented, and people here have walked all of it.
