Overview
Drilling is where every well either earns or loses its economics. We combine a modern land fleet with crews who have drilled the formation before, so the well you planned is the well you get.
Century Solutions delivers land-based drilling across conventional and unconventional plays, from single-well vertical programmes to multi-well pad development on tight schedules. Our rigs are configured for fast pad moves, high-torque directional work and the extended laterals that modern development demands.
Every programme begins with an engineered well plan - casing design, hydraulics, torque and drag modelling, and a bit and BHA selection built around the offset data for your acreage. From spud to total depth, the wellsite supervisor works to that plan, and any deviation from it reaches you before it reaches your AFE.
We drill for operators who measure success in days saved and problems avoided. Consistent connection times, disciplined hole cleaning and a crew that stays with your programme rather than rotating through it are what turn a good well plan into a repeatable one.
Capabilities
What this service covers
-
Vertical, directional and horizontal drilling
Full-service execution from surface hole through the curve and out to lateral total depth, including extended-reach programmes.
-
Multi-well pad development
Walking and skidding rig configurations that move between wellheads in hours rather than days, keeping spud-to-spud time down across the pad.
-
Engineered well planning
Casing and cement design, hydraulics and torque-and-drag modelling, offset-well analysis and anti-collision planning delivered before the rig moves in.
-
Surface and intermediate hole
Conductor setting, surface hole drilling and casing running executed to state and federal construction requirements.
-
Geothermal drilling
High-temperature well construction for geothermal resource development, including the elevated-temperature mud systems and casing designs those wells require.
-
Managed pressure and underbalanced support
Coordination of specialist MPD and UBD equipment and crews where reservoir conditions call for it.
-
Real-time monitoring
Rig-floor data streamed to your office so your drilling engineer sees the same parameters as our driller, in the same second.
All three. Daywork is the most common structure for development programmes; turnkey suits operators who want a fixed cost to a defined depth and are willing to trade some control for that certainty. We will tell you honestly which structure fits your programme.
It depends on fleet availability and rig-move distance, but for a rig already working in-basin, a typical release-to-spud window is measured in days. Contact us with your location and spud date and we will give you a firm answer rather than an optimistic one.
