Catherine Sullivan

FOUNDER & CEO

As the CEO of Century Solutions, my role is to provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization. This involves overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, from exploration and production. This involves developing and implementing strategies to increase production, reduce costs, and expand the company’s market share.

To achieve these objectives, I work closely with the company’s executive team, as well as with engineers, geologists, and other technical experts, to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and innovation. Another important aspect of my role is to manage the company’s relationships with key, including, customers, regulators, and local communities. This involves building strong partnerships and collaborations with these groups, as well as ensuring that the company is adhering to all relevant regulations and standards. As the CEO, I am also responsible for managing the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Marcus Peterson

PROJECT MANAGER

As Century Solutions Project Manager, my role is to oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and execution to risk management and compliance. One of the key challenges is managing the risks associated with drilling, such as blowouts, well control incidents, and environmental impacts. Effective communication is also critical to the success of projects. As the project manager, I am responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, risks, and issues. This involves regular meetings and updates with the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders, as well as providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors. In addition, I am responsible for managing the project budget and resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. This involves developing and managing project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.

Drew Francque

PROJECT COORDINATOR

As the Project Coordinator Century Solutions, my role is to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the project. This involves working closely with engineers, geologists, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. To manage these risks, I work closely with the project team to develop a comprehensive risk management plan, which includes identifying potential risks, assessing their likelihood and impact, and developing mitigation strategies. Another important aspect of my role is to ensure that the project is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards. This includes obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies, such as the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy, and adhering to industry best practices and standard
